- Deployed and operated cloud-native production services across Kubernetes environments on AWS EKS and GCP GKE, using Helm, RBAC and Argo CD GitOps workflows to standardize infrastructure and application delivery.
- Built and improved platform reliability and observability using Prometheus, Datadog, Jaeger, CloudWatch and PagerDuty, creating actionable dashboards, metrics and alerts that reduced incident investigation and recovery time by 30%.
- Supported infrastructure powering high-traffic global live streaming workloads reaching peak traffic up to 1M concurrent users, troubleshooting production issues across different layers involving Kubernetes, cloud services, networking, APIs and distributed systems.
- Built infrastructure and operational automation in Go and Python, including internal platform tooling used by engineering and support teams to manage configuration across 1000+ multi-tenant environments.
- Provisioned and managed AWS and GCP infrastructure using Terraform, building reusable modules for VPC networking, EKS/GKE clusters, IAM and load balancing to standardize environments and reduce manual configuration drift.
